These rules must be followed by all members, staff included. Breaking the rules will lead to a warning. Enough warnings can result in a temporary ban from the forum. Continuing to disobey the rules will result in a permanent ban.
Rules
A. Members
1. Listen to the administration. They are staff members for a reason.
2. Respect all members and treat everyone equally.
3. Do not ask to become a member of the administration. If you are deemed a respectful and responsible member, then you will be considered for promotion.
4. Do not participate in a public fight with other members, including staff. Confront them in PMs only. If needed, administrators can help sort out the problem.
5. Signatures must not stretch the page. Upon request, the administration will resize them.
B. Role-play
1. The first time you create a character, you must fill out the 'Character in Action' section. If you create another character, this is no longer necessary.
2. Do not role-play the mating.
3. Make posts decent and literate. Posting one sentence is no longer acceptable unless it is unavoidable.
4. Powerplaying, controlling another member's characters, and god-moding, creating an all-powerful, god-like character, is unacceptable.
5. You can have as many characters as you can handle within reason. If you cannot sufficiently control all of your characters, then you have the option to put them up for adoption.
6. Killing and mating with member's character without their explicit permission is unacceptable.
7. It is required that when your character is accepted, that you post a short description, consisting of it's name, rank, gender, and physical description on it's respective allegiances. This means the threads on the Allegiances board, not the sub-boards.
C. Non-role-play posting
1. Little to no profanity, and no offensive material.
2. Posts must be more than five words, unless the post is made in the Games section.
3. No double posting unless there is a decent reason.
As always, the rules are susceptible to changes. PMs will be sent out when changes have been made.
